This is the first ever solo Pablo Picasso exhibition at Tate Modern.
It will bring you face-to-face with more than 100 paintings, sculptures and drawings, mixed with family photographs and rare glimpses into the personal life of the 20th century’s most influential artist.
In collaboration with Musée national Picasso-Paris, “Picasso 1932: Love, Fame, Tragedy” takes you through work done in 1932, Picasso’s incredibly creative year donned his ‘year of wonders.’ The exhibit features three of Picasso’s paintings depicting his lover, Marie-Thérèse Walter, that are being reunited for the first time since they were created over a period of five days in March 1932.
Exhibitions tickets are £22 and you can book online at tate.org.uk
