Tate Modern Level 9 Restaurant

Level 9 Restaurant is Tate Modern’s premium dining location. The food is modern European with a strong emphasis on British ingredients. The menu changes regularly, reflecting the availability of seasonal ingredients and is flexible in welcoming those that want a three course meal as well as the visitor needing a quick plate. Head Chef, Jon Atashroo, leads an incredible team who love to produce delicious and unforgettable food. As well as the seasonal à la carte, there is also an offer of themed set menus presented in conjunction with Tate’s award-winning exhibitions.

Alongside the food is a wine list that is modern and eclectic whilst also featuring classic bottles from Tate’s cellars. Tate has long been famous for its wine cellar, built on the reputation of the Rex Whistler restaurant’s award-winning list that focuses on the classic wines of Europe. The Tate Modern Restaurant’s wine list draws on the same core values of low margins and rare aged wines but with an emphasis on the less well-trodden areas of Europe and the New World.

The bar, with stunning views over St Paul’s and towards the Shard, is open for non-diners and serves a wide range of drinks from Tate’s own coffee to wine, cocktails and an extensive range of gin.
