Hawksmoor Borough is situated in what was originally a Victorian hop warehouse which then became a fruit auction hall next to Borough Market. Now the seventh Hawksmoor restaurant, it takes inspiration from the local mantra of ‘buying the best, and preparing it as simply as possible’.
The restaurant looks and feels like it belongs in this historic Borough warehouse, retaining some of the original features with the addition of reclaimed materials. The menu features many of Hawksmoor’s signature steaks and much-loved seasonal and ethically sourced dishes, and of course, Sunday Roasts. There's also an extensive selection of cocktails, wines, beers and spirits available whatever the occasion and on Mondays guests can enjoy £5 corkage a bottle.
